Please verify that your student has all required immunizations and an updated healthcare plan for the 26-27 school year. These must be turned into the office by 8/14/26. If we do not receive these forms, and necessary medication by 8/14/26, your student will not be scheduled to start on the first day of school and we will notify you when they are cleared to start.
Our office will open on 8/10/26 from 7:30am-4:00pm. Please drop off your student's current health care plans(s), medication and any updated immunization paperwork no later than 8/14/26.
