8th graders will be going to FLIGHT 509 during the school day.

Dear Families,
Please follow the following important instructions for your student to attend and enter Flight 509 on 8th Grade Day Tuesday, June 10th. Students will leave Peperzak at 9:30AM and return at 1:30PM. In the afternoon there will be treats, 8th grade video, 8th grade ceremony rehearsal and for those who purchased a yearbook and have paid any fees or fines they will receive their yearbooks. The following forms and information must be turned in to your student’s advisory teacher by Tuesday, June 3rd

Choose the student’s lunch option and let the advisory teacher (school sack lunch; bring your own lunch; purchase lunch at Flight 509)
Flight 509 online wavier complete and email a copy of the barcode to your student’s advisory teacher. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP and is your student’s ticket into Flight 509
Please make sure your students wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
There will be snacks and treats for purchase as well as some provided by Peperzak PTG.
The same school rules apply on field trips as they do in school. This will be a cell phone free field trip. Phones and backpacks will be left and locked in the advisory teachers’ classroom.
All paperwork and waiver must be turned in Monday June 2nd. Please contact your student’s advisory teacher if you have questions
