Christmas Bureau is an annual holiday assistance program coordinated by Catholic Charities Eastern Washington, Volunteers of America, and the Spokesman-Review. They provide one grocery voucher per household, one toy per child age 17 and under, and one book per child age 15 and under for eligible families.
