Instead of having a separate Strategy Game Club and Anime & Crochet Club like previous years, our club advisors have decided to combine the library clubs under one new name, HOMAGO.

HOMAGO stands for "Hang Out! Mess Around! Geek Out!"

HOMAGO is not just a fun name, it is based on research about how young people like to learn together, especially in the arts and technology. The name is used at events at libraries and community centers around the country, including at the Spokane Public Library system. We hope that using this name for our library clubs will help our students discover other events in our community that they will enjoy.

HOMAGO Club is still supporting the same hobbies and interests that our students have come to expect in our after-school clubs: anime, crochet, chess, Dungeons and Dragons, and board games.

HOMAGO Club will meet in the library on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM. A late bus home is available.
