Welcome to Ferris!

We are very excited to meet with you!

To register for school, please print ALL of the documents included in the links below OR come in and pick up a registration packet.

An appointment will be made to enroll your student once we receive the COMPLETED packet at the school. 
 
We also need the following items:

¦       Proof of residency in the Ferris attendance area (a utility bill or rental agreement).

¦       Parent or Guardian Photo ID.

¦       Parenting plan, if applicable (parental guardianship or custodial designation).

¦       Transcript

¦       Withdrawal grades (if enrolling after school has begun).

¦       HSPE, State Test Scores or a Washington Learning Plan.

¦       Immunization Record.

¦       IEP or 504 Plan.

Registration is by appointment only.

Guidance Center hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

2013-2014 School Year registration is Monday, August 26, 2013 through Thursday, August 29, 2013.

(registration packets may be picked up all summer at the Ferris Public Office.)
