Healthy Youth Survey
Our school's 6th graders are participating in the Washington State Healthy Youth Survey during Oct 11- 29th.
These surveys include questions realated to physical activity and diet, unintentional/intentional injury, substance use, sexual behaviors, abuse, risk and protective factors, and access to school-based services. Results are used by schools, communities, and state agencies to plan programs to support our youth and reduce their risks.
Participation is voluntary and answers are anonymous.
This survey will be taken online.
