Kindergarten Registration

Please make sure that you have the following information available when you come in to register:

1. Birth Certificate or other official verification of age (such as a passport or visa).  Kindergarten students must be 5 on or before August 31st.
2. Proof of address.  This can be a current drivers license or ID, or a current utility bill.
3. Immunization information - This must be transferred by parent onto the official "Certificate of Immunization" form found in the registration packet.
4. Registration forms.   These are available in the school office, or you can download & print the Registration Packet here.
   
5. Plan on at least 30-45 minutes to complete the registration process.
