Schedule for picking up student's belongings

Regal’s Schedule for Returning Student Belongings

& Collecting District Materials

Families:

Please follow the guidelines listed below for your safety and the safety of staff:

  • Arrive on the day indicated according to the first letter of your oldest student’s last name. (No need to come back throughout the week, you may collect the belongings and drop off district materials for all students living within your home on the designated days.):
    • Monday, June 15, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm: A – C
    • Tuesday, June 16, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm: D – H
    • Wednesday, June 17, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm: I – O
    • Thursday, June 18, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm: P – Z
  • If you are driving to Regal, please pull into the bus zone at the front of the building. A staff member will get the name(s) of all students for whom you are collecting belongings, and they will also accept any district material you are returning (for instance, library books). We will bring items directly to your car.
  • District computers and power cords that have been checked out do not need to be checked back in unless you are moving out-of-district or choose not to keep them over summer.
  • If you are walking to Regal, we will have tables set up near the bus zone. Please remember to socially distance from others who may be waiting, as well as with staff. It is recommended you wear a mask if you have one.

Safety:

  1. Safety is our highest priority
  2. Social distancing will be required while on school campuses
  3. Wearing of face coverings and use of hand sanitizer while at school are highly recommended
  4. Parents and students will not be entering Regal; see our procedures noted above
  5. If a student or parent has been ill during last 10 days, they should not come to school and instead make other arrangements with building administration to retrieve student personal belongings and return district materials
  6. Work with the principal to determine an alternative plan if the schedule for retrieving student belongings doesn’t work for parents
