  • PTG Officers Needed
    Our PTG needs officers.  Our PTG is made up of our parents just like you.  Please join us to contribute and continue our efforts to make Browne a great place for our children and families. 
     
    This year we have been able to purchase Smart Boards for classroom use!
     
    Last year PTG invested in the purchase of 22 laptops to be used by our students in the classroom.
    PTG invested in our schoolwide use of Dream Box!  What a great resource for all kids!

  • Read to Achieve:
    Reading goal:  All students completing reading homework.
    We are tracking the success of all classes for submitting the time they have read or have been read to to be graphed and tracked in the front hallway.  All students completing their reading homework and submitting their minutes for reading will have their name placed in a drawing for a bike.  We have two bikes to award thanks to the generous donation from the Audubon Park Masonic Lodge.  15-20 students will also be selected from this drawing to receive a Sky High pass.  The top reading class for K-3 and the top reading class for 4th-6th will receive Sky High passes.  Thank you Sky High for this amazing donation!..  The top reading class at each grade level will receive a celebration.  So.....Read, read, read!  We read to achieve!

  • Anti-bullying:  We have two goals at Browne: 1. Eliminate bullying and 2. Spread Acts of Kindness.  We are learning about bullying behavior by using the three Rs.  Recognize, Refuse and Report.  We are learning Kelso's Choices to resolve conflict in a peaceful and respectful way.  We are showing our kind acts by building our "Chain Reaction."  Check out our paper chain in the Multi-Purpose Room.

  • Dream Box
    Thank you PTG, Parents and Families for your contributions to PTG.  PTG is assisting with the purchase of Dream Box, our on line math software to assist students K-6 in learning and practicing their math concepts.  We are in the process of logging our classes on.  Soon we will send home notification and information to families to log on to their child's account from home.  The program is meant to be an independent activity by students.  Log in to your child's account through this link:

  • Math Tutoring Online:  Parents and students can see tutorials for math on line by visiting Khan Academy.

  • Spirit Day every Friday.  Wear our school colors, crimson and grey or our Browne Bear shirts!  ASB will award our spirit trophies to the class showing the most school spirit!
