The Montessori Music Club

Parents and Guardians of SPM Music Students,

We are excited to offer your child the opportunity to get extra attention and practice in music beginning on Wednesday, January 17th. The Montessori Music Club will meet after school on Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:00-4:15pm. At Montessori Music Club, students can:

• Get help with their music
• Learn a new skill, like jazz improvisation
• Create smaller groups, such as chamber groups for winds and strings
• Learn more music theory
• Work on sight reading techniques
• Learn how to create original music

All students in band or orchestra are welcome. To sign up, please email Mr. Orosco (johno@spokaneschools.org) with your student’s name, so that we know students have permission to attend. Attendance will be taken.
