Venters 360 Clinic
Picture day is on Friday September 19th. All students will be photographed. Families wishing to purchase photos can use the picture order form that went home last week (we have extras in the office) or order pictures online at Leosphotography.com using code FAL227785.

If your student is absent on Friday, re-take day is scheduled for Wednesday November 5th, and they will get pictures taken then.

The Madison office does not have cash and we are unable to make change. Please use exact change, check, or order online.
