Player Eligilibity Requirements: 

1. Sign up and complet registration through Final Forms on the Registration page under the Activities tab. 

2. Updated Sports Phyiscal- Must be current and on file in the Buisness Office. 

3.  Players must check in daily through the STUDENT HEALTH CHECK app by 1:00pm to be cleared for practice. Click HERE for access.

4. Players must wear a face mask at all times during practice. 

5. Players will need to bring their own water, cleats and tennis shoes & cleats.

Gear Provided: Players will check out the following items. Players will responsible for fees if items are lost. 

• Helmet
• Shoulder Pads
• Football Girdle 
• Practice & Game Uniforms

Additional Equipment Needed:

Players will need to provide their own cleats and mouthguard.
