We are here to assist you in navigating Spokane Public Schools and resolving concerns that you have been unable to resolve directly with the teacher, principal, or other staff member.

Our goal is to ensure:

• You have the opportunity to share and feel heard;
• You are treated with dignity and respect;
• You have access to meaningful information about your issue of concern; and
• You believe that decisions are being made in an unbiased and trustworthy manner.

This approach is called Procedural Fairness and aligns with the District’s commitment to Restorative Practices.
