You will choose 3.1 (small group) OR 6.1 (whole group) for your Student Growth Goal
You do not have to write a Professional Growth Plan

If you choose Criterion 3................
You have to use 3.1 (small group) for your Student Growth Goal
You do not have to write a Professional Growth Plan

If you choose Criterion 6.................
You have to use 6.1 (whole group) for your Student Growth Goal
You do not have to write a Professional Growth Plan

If you choose Criterion 8.................
You have to use 8.1 for your Student Growth Goal

Because of all the Instructional technology integration that has been required by distance learning, may I recommend you choose Criterion 4 as your focused criterion?

Criterion 4 Content Knowledge includes the following three elements:
Element 44: Attention to Established Content Standards
Element 45 and 46: Use of Available Traditional Resources and Technology

The teacher identifies the use of available technology that can enhance students’ understanding of content in a lesson or unit.
