Sports & Activities Registration

Registration for Spokane Public Schools athletics and activities is now being done through FinalForms, an online data management service that replaces FamilyID. FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning families will never need to enter the same information twice. FinalForms also pre-populates data wherever possible, saving time for families registering multiple students.

To get started, click on the Parent Playbook tile below. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Use Support” if you need assistance.

You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

IMPORTANT: You will receive an account confirmation email from FinalForms (see example below). Please click the link and follow the steps to login and access your student(s) information. If you do not receive the email and want to register your student, please contact your school’s Athletic Director.

Registration for fall sports is open now.

• Students must also upload a current physical (completed by a medical professional in the past two years) with doctor’s signature and date, parent’s signature and participant’s signature and date. The district accepts ONLY this type of physical with all three pages completed. The physical form can be printed off the Ferris Website under “sports.”
• A GSL card must be purchased at the Business Office for $42 before the first contest is played by the student. If a student needs financial assistance, please contact the school counselor at 509-354-6049 or the Business Office at 509-354-6006 before purchasing.

Fall Sports

Registration opens in June of the previous school year for the following sports:

• Football
• Volleyball
• Boys & Girls Cross Country
• Slow Pitch Softball
• Girls Soccer

Football begins August 16, 2023, and all other fall sports begin August 21, 2023.

Winter Sports

Registration opens in mid-September for the following sports:

• Boys & Girls Basketball
• Gymnastics
• Wrestling

Winter sports begin November 13, 2023.

Spring Sports

Registration opens in mid-January for the following sports:

• Boys Soccer
• Baseball
• Fast Pitch Softball
• Boys & Girls Tennis
• Boys & Girls Golf
• Boys & Girls Track and Field

Spring Sports begin February 26, 2024.

Dance Team & Cheerleading

Registration opens in spring of the previous school year for tryouts. Cheerleading tryouts are open to current 9^th, 10^th & 11^th grades to participate during the following school year. Dance Team tryouts are open to current 8^th, 9^th, 10^th & 11^th grades to participate during the following school year.
