  • SEBB will be offering a Limited Open Enrollment opportunity due to COVID: From July 1 to July 31, 2020, eligible employees will have the opportunity to make limited changes to their SEBB benefits. These include depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, marital and other relationships, family, grief, legal issues, substance abuse, job performance and more.
