Grades K-6
Elementary students can participate in the Hooptown Youth League and cross country in the fall through Active4Youth. Check back at the beginning of each school year for more information.
Grades 7-12
For middle and high school students, registration for Spokane Public Schools athletics and activities is now being done through FinalForms, an online data management service that replaces FamilyID.
FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning families will never need to enter the same information twice. FinalForms also pre-populates data wherever possible, saving time for families registering multiple students.
If your middle school or high school student will participate in sports or activities at their neighborhood school, please send an email to George Petticrew , manager of athletics, indicating your child's name or ID number, what sports/activities they want to participate in, and at which school.
