• Description: 

    Visual students who enjoy the creative process will thrive in this application-based learning program. The Digital Media Production and Marketing program will help students get a jump start into an exciting career in digital media, such as film production, video advertising, and social media.  Students will create and produce their own videos and digital media. Students will learn the production process including; planning, storytelling, photography, editing, and audio.  Students will be introduced to interactive marketing and the role that digital media play in today's successful business strategies. Qualifying students will have an opportunity to job shadow and intern at local multimedia companies, TV stations, or independent production companies. Students will be pushed to expand their creative visions and make them a reality, while learning to communicate in a professional setting and learning the value of storytelling. Students will have the opportunity to be certified by Adobe in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Animate

     

    IN THIS PROGRAM YOU WILL:

    • Develop, produce and deliver unique video projects.
    • Design and produce bold digital communications and marketing projects.
    • Work as individuals and in teams to produce a variety of digital media projects.
    • Utilize standard industry equipment and software including Adobe Creative Suite, 4K cameras and a green screen.
