Description:
This 1080-hour course (Year 1 and 2) will supply students with basic salon operation, hair cutting, styling and coloring techniques. Students will be introduced to clients in the second half of the school year to improve their practical and professional skills. Students earn hours toward Washington State Hair Design Certification (1400 hrs required). This program prepares students for a career in the cosmetology industry and helps prepare them for the state licensing exam.
PLEASE NOTE:
Students must have at least junior standing and be 16 years of age or older prior to the first day of class.
Must have state ID# to be enrolled and to earn state hours toward certification.IN THIS PROGRAM YOU WILL:
